Scroll Court

Guilty as scrolled.

Scroll Court is a screen time app with a sense of humour. Tell it which apps eat your time. Scroll too long and the Honourable Phone, a small, stern judge in a wig, hands down a verdict.

How it works

  1. Choose the accusedPick the apps, categories or websites you want judged.
  2. Go about your dayJudging starts by itself and stays on. No timers, no start button.
  3. Receive your verdictsThe longer you scroll in one sitting, the sterner they get.

The verdicts

  1. Opening Statement
  2. The Court Is Concerned
  3. Evidence of Doom Scrolling
  4. Guilty of Thumb Negligence
  5. Maximum Sentence: Touch Grass Break

At the maximum sentence, the accused apps close for a break of 15 minutes, 30 minutes or an hour, whichever you choose. Serve your time, or file an appeal and face a retrial. The court never locks you out for good.
