I am not getting verdicts
- Check that Scroll Court still has Screen Time access. If it does not, the app shows "The court needs Screen Time access" with a Grant access button.
- Check that notifications are allowed for Scroll Court in the iPhone's Settings > Notifications, including Time Sensitive Notifications, so verdicts reach you mid-scroll.
- Check that the court is not paused. There are no verdicts while the court is in recess; tap Resume to bring it back.
- Make sure you have chosen at least one app, category or website to be judged.
When do verdicts arrive?
That depends on how strict you set the court: Lenient, Fair or Strict. On Fair, the first verdict arrives at 5 minutes of scrolling in one sitting and the last at 45. Put the phone down for five minutes and the next session starts with a clean record.
My apps are closed. How do I get back in?
At the maximum sentence, the accused apps close for a break of 15 minutes, 30 minutes or an hour, whichever you chose. You can serve your time, or file an appeal and face a retrial. The court never locks you out for good.
How do I pause the court?
Tap Pause in the app and choose For an hour, Until tomorrow or Until I resume. You can also ask Siri or use Shortcuts: "Pause Scroll Court."
I bought Full Court but it is locked
Open Settings in the app and tap Restore purchase, signed in to the same Apple Account you bought it with. Full Court is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I delete my data?
Erase my history in the app's Settings removes your session records and the activity log. Deleting the app removes everything else. Nothing is stored anywhere but your iPhone; see the privacy policy.
